We ship globally. Transit time is roughly 10–18 business days depending on region; international customers cover any import duties or local taxes their country levies on the parcel. Tracking is emailed when the order ships.
Most of what we carry is a limited drop. When a piece is sold out, you'll see a “Notify me” form on its product page — enter your email and we'll write you the moment it returns. Pre-order windows, when we run them, are labelled on the product page itself.
Resin scratches against hard surfaces and yellows under direct sunlight or sustained heat. Keep pieces out of windows and away from radiators; dust with a soft brush rather than fabric.
Reply to the shipping email within 7 days of delivery with photos of the box and the piece. We'll send a replacement or refund without asking you to ship the original back.
