Here's how shipping works at Inedible Doll — rates, transit times, and what to do if a parcel needs attention.
Shipping rates
Shipping is based on your order subtotal:
- Orders under $100: $7.99.
- Orders $100 and over: free shipping.
The same rate applies across every region we ship to. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT on arrival — see "Duties and taxes" below.
Where we ship
Inedible Doll currently ships to:
- Asia. Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Turkey, Vietnam.
- North America. United States, Canada, Mexico.
- Europe. The European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and most of the wider region.
- Oceania. Australia, New Zealand.
If your country isn't available at checkout, email support@inedibledoll.com and we'll see what we can route.
Transit time
After your order leaves our dispatch warehouse, typical transit is around 14 days, varying by region and customs clearance. Tracking is emailed when your order ships. Long-distance shipments occasionally arrive with light wear on the outer carton; the piece inside is packed to survive that. If the piece itself shows any damage on arrival, see our returns policy.
Duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT charged on arrival by your local authorities. These are paid by you to the courier or customs office on delivery — they aren't included in the price at checkout, and they aren't refundable from us.
Working hours
Inedible Doll is reachable Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (UTC+8). We answer most messages within one business day during that window.
